From the South
- Follow I279 (East) (Penn Lincoln Pkwy) into Pittsburgh.
- Through Ft. Pitt Tunnel.
- Continue onto Liberty Avenue. Bear right onto Sixth Avenue.
- Pass Wood Street and Smithfield Street. Regional Enterprise Tower building is on your left, across from Mellon Parking Garage (on your right).
From the East
- Follow I376 (West) (Penn Lincoln Pkwy).
- Continue into Pittsburgh.
- Exit at ramp to Grant Street.
- Continue on Grant Street. Turn left on Sixth Avenue.
- Continue past Wm. Penn Place. Building is on your right, across from Mellon Parking Garage (on your left).
From the West
- Follow I279 (East) (Penn Lincoln Pkwy) into Pittsburgh.
