 We met with the CareerLink staff to discuss testing and the creation of a hiring pool for anticipated needs. CareerLink scheduled potential candidates for testing, assisted in the screening process and fielded all calls and inquiries from the candidates, resulting in tremendous cost savings to our company. We got the quality hiring pool we were looking for and we plan to make offers to several of the candidates yet this year.
When we listed openings for shift utility mechanics, the universal access of the website brought us an unprecedented quantity of high-quality applicants. All of the CareerLink staff from the Information Desk to the Employer Services Unit have been extremely helpful and friendly, always more than willing to accommodate our needs. The organizational assistance has been outstanding. The recruitment campaign couldn't have been completed in such an efficient and timely manner if it were not for the CareerLink staff.
