I truly believe that this service is extremely helpful in getting and retaining new employees.
I have found the website to be extremely helpful in hiring new employees, and usually have the best luck in retaining them. I have hired many people from the website and continually post new jobs for whatever our hiring needs are. Just last month we were able to get a new truck driver and had a selection qualified people to choose from, which allow us to pick the best choice for the job.
Also, accessing the site couldn¹t be easier. From checking the status of your current job orders, to creating a new one, it is a well explained step-by-step process that makes it extremely user friendly, which is just one of the many reasons I continue to use this service today.
Choice is very important when searching for employees who would fit into your company the best. With newspaper ads, you don not have enough space to explain the type of person you are looking for and that is even if it is getting circulated to the people who are looking for our type of job. With PA Career Link, you have access to many people and you can perform applicant searches to a job order that, in my case, usually pulls up no less than 100 people. It is wonderful that you can search for qualified people, and at the same time, qualified people can look for you!
