PA CareerLink® Pittsburgh/Allegheny County offers numerous assessment tools to help you on your path to employment. These assessment tests are administered by Career Counselors at each of our comprehensive centers; click here to see which location is closest to you. Our internal assessments are administered at no cost; however, certain on-line components offering certificates from out-of-system organizations may have a fee-for-service.

We also offer the
O*NET Interest Survey, which can help identify different career paths to match your interests. This tool can help you understand what job best fits you.
We offer the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE), which is often part of the qualifications for funding training services. This is also recommended for anyone who would like an accurate evaluation of their reading, language, and math skills.
Some of our other assessments include (but are not limited to): Career Decision Making (CDM), WorkKeys and Career Occupational Preference System (COPS). All assessments are not available at all sites, so please call in advance when requesting an assessment.
