Employers Registration:
- On the Internet, enter:
www.pacareerlink.state.pa.us in the address bar at the top of the screen.
- Click on "Employer Services" on the left side of the screen.
- Click on "Registration" at the top of the screen.
- Provide your Federal Tax ID Number, Zip Code, and your Company's main telephone number.
- Create a unique username and password. The username and password fields are case sensitive.
- Enter information about your company. This information is used to verify you as a bona fide employer. Verification of your registration may take 1-2 business days.
- You cannot proceed any further until CareerLink staff has verified your registration. You can expedite the verification process by calling your nearest CareerLink office.
- Once verified you can login to your business folder, create job orders, conduct applicant searches and contact job seekers.
- You should login to your business folder often and check your job order activity logs to view resumes of interested job seekers and post status/results for the candidates that appear on the activity log.
- You can return to www.pacareerlink.state.pa.us at any time and edit your information by clicking the login button on the left and entering your username and password.
