WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A JOB INTERVIEW?
PA CareerLink offers quality resources to help you put your best foot forward during the interview process. There are two questions that interviewers will have in mind: how well are you suited for the job and are you sincerely interested in the employer/position. The questions in reference to your background, experience, and knowledge will answer if you are suited for the job. The questions you ask about the position and the company will answer how sincerely interested you are in the job. To assist you, PA CareerLink offers workshops to strengthen your interviewing skills; click here to see workshop and computer class schedules.
