PA CareerLink® is a "one-stop shop" that connects employers and job seekers in the most efficient manner possible. At our sites in Downtown Pittsburgh and Forest Hills, highly-trained staff offers visitors a wide range of materials, workshops, consultation services, recruitment events and on-line access to a comprehensive database of job opportunities and employment information. Our staff provides expert consultation and an array of useful materials and resources. Put it all together and you have the most comprehensive employment resource available in Pittsburgh.
Attention all Unemployment Customers:
To better assist you with your Unemployment Compensation (UC) inquiries, the PA CareerLink® has a courtesy phone that you can use to speak to a UC customer service representative.
The courtesy phone is operational: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Unfortunately, the PA CareerLink® does not have any UC staff on site; however, we encourage you to take a moment to complete your JobGateway® registration, as it is a UC requirement. If you need assistance with the registration, a PA CareerLink® staff member will be able to assist you. Thank you!
